Schwarzenegger v. Entertainment Merchants Association, a case about the constitutionality of state regulations of video games sold to minors, is in the Supreme Court (the merits brief for the petitioners has already been filed). The National Youth Rights Association (NYRA) wants to compile a list of violent video games that have political themes, to make the point that games can be a valuable form of speech.
